We offer a wide range of care careers, from full time to part time positions, to residential support mentors to more senior roles. As we grow, the variety of residential care home jobs that will become available will cover: Care and Support, Management, Building and Maintenance and HR. At the start of your care home career with us, new employees
will “buddy up” with a more experienced staff member to help them settle into their new role.
We are committed to growing our existing workforce to ensure the next generation of home managers and leaders can confidently take the company forward.
Following a successful probation period, residential support mentors will be automatically enrolled onto an NVQ 3 programme and all team leaders will be enrolled onto an NVQ 5 Leadership and Management course.

Bank Staff

Full time employment is not suitable for everyone. You might need weekends off to look after your children, or some time off each week or month because it gives you the work/life balance you want.
Whatever your reason, gain more control over the days you work by working on the Bespoke Care and Support Bank Staff.
Our Bank Staff scheme allows you to choose when you work each week.
All Bespoke Care and Support homes and services have their own Staff Bank, and you will receive exactly the same Induction and Training as our permanent staff.
People who initially start on our Bank Staff scheme always have the option to join our permanent staff teams if/when we have staff vacancies.
